Microsoft To Add New Meeting Poll Feature To Outlook This Year

This year will bring a handful of new features for Microsoft Office apps and services. To give users insight into what is being planned, Microsoft has offered a few details about the future updates for this year.

Microsoft is preparing one useful feature for Microsoft Outlook called Meeting Poll, a feature that allows you to more easily determine a meeting time between multiple people. That way, meeting organizers will manage to fit into other people’s busy schedules by setting up a meeting date that suits everyone.

In this manner, team productivity will increase. Scheduling a meeting that suits all the participants’ schedules is a very useful solution for today’s hectic corporate life. In this manner, every one will stay up to date with the latest news, and this will allow companies to better function and achieve more.

Set up meetings with people you can’t see their free/busy schedules with a meeting poll.Now when you send a Calendar invite you can add different time/day options for your invitees to vote on. Based on results organizer can schedule based on majority or attendee importance.

This feature has been already developed by Microsoft, and the company now just needs to roll it out to users. Unfortunately, we still don’t know when Meeting Poll will be available to users, but we expect it in one of the future updates for Microsoft Office suite.
