  • Wait for a few minutes and then try to add the guest user again.

4. Update Microsoft Teams

  • If the issue persists, try updating Microsoft Teams client.
  • Launch the Microsoft Teams app and click the profile picture.
  • Click on Check for updates.

Microsoft Teams will download and install any pending updates. The desktop client automatically checks for updates each time your login. However, you can manually check for any pending updates as well.
