Alongside the Surface Laptop, there is a new Surface peripheral that Microsoft did not talk about that aims to be the perfect companion for the PC: the Arc Mouse.

While Microsoft is a newbie in the world of PCs and tablets, the company has a storied reputation for producing high-quality peripherals, like the recently unveiled Surface Laptop. But what it sneakily snuck in beside it was the Surface Arc Mouse, which will ship alongside the Surface Laptop on June 15.

The $80 Surface Arc Mouse is the successor to the Arc Touch Mouse. A major selling point of the peripheral is its ability to be folded flat for convenience and portability when carried, or its ability to be snapped into a curved position. Also, there is no longer a division between the right and left-clicks. If it feels odd to you, there’s an option to just use touch gestures instead. For example, you can tap the touch surface with two fingers to perform a right-click.

The Surface-branded device sports high build quality and a polished design, with Microsoft adding that the device feels sturdier than its predecessors with better materials, snaps and clicks to the peripheral.
