The official Windows 10 event is about to kick-off in a few hours, but it’s almost sure that Microsoft will make Windows 10 available for smartphones, as well. An unwanted leak has made it pretty obvious.
What you are seeing above is clear indication of the fact that Microsoft will bring Windows 10 to smartphones, as well. As we can see, the phone’s official web page contains references to Windows 10.
The page’s description makes it clear that the Lumia 532 is “Windows 10 ready”, but doesn’t say it’s going to be ‘Windows 10 mobile. And if you ask me, Microsoft is going to make a wise choice by sticking just to Windows 10.
The Lumia 532 is a a low-end device, so it’s nice to see that these handsets will be getting the newest Windows version, as well.
It’s now almost sure that Microsoft will drop the Windows Phone moniker, but we don’t know whether it will call it Windows 10 mobile or not. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see how this further evolves.
