Kobo had released their official e-Reader app in the Microsoft Store for Windows 10 users a while ago, but it had to pull it down because of some problems related to UX and performance. Now it’s back and available as a free download.

You can have your screen in portrait or landscape mode, so choose whatever suits you better and your reading positions. Before buying a certain book, Kobo will let you read the first chapter previews and you will even be able to save them in your library.

The application also supports Live tiles, so by pinning it to the Start screen of your Windows devices, you will be able to easily resume your reading. I have used the app for a few hours on my tablet and I really, really enjoy it.
