Kb4092077 Fixes Ui Issues On Windows 10 But Download Fails For Some

Microsoft rolled out a new Windows 10 Creators Update patch aimed at fixing an annoying bug that makes the UI completely unusable.

Update KB4092077 is available via the Windows Update service or directly from Microsoft’s Update Catalog website.

So, if you want to download and install install KB4092077, simply go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and click on the Check updates’ button.

Keep in mind that this patch does not replace previous updates. If you installed earlier updates, only the new fixes contained in this update package will be downloaded and installed on your Windows 10 computer.

Addresses issue where, after installing this update, some localized devices have incorrect strings or unusual behavior in different areas of the user interface (UI) that make the UI unusable.

According to Microsoft, there is only one bug known to affect the update. Actually, this is not a novelty, as this issue has been affecting Windows updates for quite a while now. More specifically, if you’re running certain antivirus versions, this update won’t show up on your computer.

However, some users also reported that KB4092077 gets stuck in a download, initialization and error loop where the Update Assistant is giving error 0x80070652.
