Before you upgrade your computer to Windows 10 version 1703, you should first check if your device is compatible with Microsoft’s latest OS. If you own an HP computer, or you’re planning to buy one and install the Creators Update OS on it, make sure that your device is perfectly capable of running the OS. In this manner, you’ll avoid severe update issues, including install issues, freezes, crashes, and more.
Fortunately, HP has published a list of all its computer models compatible with the Windows 10 Creators Update OS to make your task easier.
It is worth mentioning that if you bought your HP computer before August 2013, it might not have the complete set of hardware and/or drivers required to use all of the features in Windows 10. In other words, you shouldn’t be surprised if you encounter various bugs after upgrading to the Creators Update OS.
The new HP PCs designed for Windows 10 offer the highest level of functionality, allowing users to take full advantage of the new OS features.
The information below lists HP products that have been tested with Windows 10 Creators Update. Any PC product that is not listed in the Windows 10 Creators Update table was not tested by HP for this update and may not be supported by HP for Windows 10.
